Olivia's research involves instrumentation of fluxgate magnetometers which characterize the magnetosphere of Earth. She is the instrument lead for two magnetometers that will be onboard the OCHRE student-led sound rocket mission. This mission will be launched from Andøya Space Center, Norway and contribute to observations of low-altitude cusp dynamics. She is currently working with Dr. David Miles."
