Biography

Daniel's research area is observational space physics and he studies the formation and evolution of the solar wind. Daniel's particular interest is the heating of solar wind electrons and the detection of plasma instabilities in the near-Sun environment with Parker Solar Probe. 

Daniel is from Sioux Falls, SD and enjoys playing ice hockey.
