Graduate Student Sarah Henderson has won the highly competitive 2023 Pierazzo International Student Travel Award for a U.S. graduate student going to a planetary-related conference outside of the U.S.

Sarah will receive a check for $2000 and a certificate will be presented to her at the European Geophysical Union conference in Vienna, Austria, in April 2023.

This award was established by the Planetary Science Institute in memory of Senior Scientist Betty Pierazzo to support and encourage graduate students to build international collaborations and relationships in planetary science.
