Particles scattering in on quantum computers

Associate Professor Peng Guo

Abstract: I will give a brief introduction on hadrons scattering in finite volume, Luscher formalism, the advantages and disadvantages of extracting hadron scattering phase shifts from LQCD, and then I will talk about some recent developments on extracting phase shifts from integrated correlation function approach, and quantum simulation of particle scatterings.
